All in all, Charlotte Russe has some really cute, affordable clothes. Aside from some iffy tops that can be made modest with trendy jackets and some tight leggings and short bottoms including skirts and shorts, this store gets a great rating! There are some wonderful modest pieces to be found at Charlotte Russe it may just take some searching!
